Return & Exchange Policy
In accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018
The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt
Return Conditions
- Product in its original condition and original unopened or undamaged packaging
- Presenting the purchase invoice or proof of payment
- Product has not been used or damaged by the buyer
- All product accessories and components must be returned
Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date of receiving the returned item
Non-Returnable Products
- Perishable products (food items, flowers, etc.)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Software and applications with broken seals
- Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed
- Personal hygiene products with opened packaging for health reasons
